You need manual select firmware by holding "shift" key when you click "restore" button

I do it all. Watch 3 series 38 mm I connect to the laptop, hold down the Shift key, select the firmware, the process is in progress. A load circle appears on the clock, an error which I have indicated jumps out to 80%.
