Well , 1st Disabled your Pc Driver Signature , and try again ,
after Diag Mode Done , and after you saw this msg

Device not found but should be allready in Diag Mode if you use a DSCD cable.
Please check driver and manually update the driver if required or try again!

Your iwatch should appear in Device manager, once it detected , change the driver to Serial Usb Driver , i think that way you will be able to read your iwatch SysCfg.

i wish you try and send here feedback
