if Exploit failed , you need reput the Device into DFU

and use latest version , run the software as admin

s3 diag better work in windows 7 64 bit, always have issue in windows 10 / 11

exactly i recently notice that also

indeed windows 7 still the best and most stable for GSM service Job

Not true The issue is most users don't bother to maintain their system with updates and cleaning specially Hidden devices.
if you check your system Hidden devices there will be hundreds of them
The simple application for this issue is "Device Cleanup Tool".

Use it and you will be amazed.
