Exclamation Error flashing S5 with 8.7, running latest 4.0.1b1

I am receiving this error attempting to flash an S5 (Watch 5,2), running MFC Tools 4.0.1b1 (latest just downloaded) using latest 8.7 firmware which is signed: MFC_Watch5,2_19U66_8.7_n144bap_GPS_Restore_44mm

I am running MFC Tools as Administrator, as I've searched this forum and all threads with the same error message, the advice is always run as admin (which I always do), so I believe this warrants a new post.

I have also re-downloaded the IPSW 3 times just in case of corruption, but no errors like this in the past. Error below (I had to remove the ipsw extension or forum wouldnt let me post).

Code:
[info] Using local file iDeviceTools\MFC_Watch5,2_19U66_8.7_n144bap_GPS_Restore_44mm
[info] using cached version data
[info] Found device in DFU mode
[info] Gettting dfu mode device ...
[info] Identified device as Apple Watch S5, n144bap, Watch5,2

File iDeviceTools\MFC_Watch5,2_19U66_8.7_n144bap_GPS_Restore_44mm not recognized by server!
 File size: 2975008456
Please check if the file you downloaded is complete! Aborting operation!
Firmware file might be corrupt.
Unable to extract BuildManifest from iDeviceTools\MFC_Watch5,2_19U66_8.7_n144bap_GPS_Restore_44mm.

hello,

the file format must be *.ipsw , but as i check the file suffix in the logs has something wrong, so please double check , suggest redownload the file again

The ipsw extension is there in reality…I had mentioned that the forum wouldn’t allow me to post unless I deleted it from the log text (it thought I was posting a link and wouldn’t allow).

Tried main server and that failed completely:
"Please check your internet connection! WSA code: 11011 - No such host is known."
and also in logs: "Server: Please check your username, password or dongle
Error: Server init state canceled."

Login works perfectly when using Backup Server, which I have used for many months in the past with success. I verified that my account on MFC site is set up correctly, I have S1/S2 and S4/S5 iBus registered and iMFC valid until 2024, so I don't think that's the problem here. Only main server gives this issue.

Unhappy

This issue is not resolved, and we are unable to use iMFC completely as a result. Have downloaded all the new (signed) firmwares, but the errors are exactly the same as above. Backup server, can login, but gives the "Please check if the file you downloaded is complete" error. Try to restart and login to Main Server, and it fails every time...have tried over 3 different Internet connections. Please help, as we have paid for the service but it no longer works. Thank you.
