I have a Question about downgrading S1

Hello I'm new to the Forum and just joined.

I would like to buy an Apple Watch S1 probably and the buy that MFC iBUS S1 Dongle to downgrade it to watchOS 3.1.3 since I need that version for my 6S Plus on iOS 10.0.2.

Is this possible at all or is there like a signing window just like for iOS?
And would this also work with S2 since I don't know which AppleWatch can run 3.1.3 and can be downgraded to that version.

I would like to buy the newest Apple Watch compatible with 3.1.3 downgrade.

No, they quit signing everything below 4.0. Sorry.

Well thanks for the Quick and straight forward answer.

Another question do you know any good way to buy one on 3.1.3.

I live in Germany and from my place with distances about 50 km I just found one on 3.2.3 so any online platform which sells those?

Not really sure how you could get one on that exact version. Maybe on eBay? So can the phone not be updated? iOS 11 isn’t that bad lol.
