I have two iwatch series 3 and the same error, I cannot flash even one always the same error

The display of this model is not compatible, or you can replace the NFC module

For flashing to be successful the LCD Display shouldn’t be replaced before or at least the NFC from the display back should be from same device.

I am reading lot of thread to find proper where to post my request
I am looking to find a firmware for iwatch series 3 1860 38mm
I can't download from official website because they are not signed anymore. Do you have it ?

N111sap gps cellular restore mfc to restore with ibus2
