mfc dongle + ibus 4 + aw 4 nfc lost

If i have dongle + ibus 4 + apple watch 4 without nfc
i can bind another nfc for everything to work as it should?

I have many hours without screens and no native NFCs, but I have other screens and other NFCs from a donor, can I do this?
