S2 & S3 after change sn wf bt not pairing problem


Dear Team
today I put to diag S2 and S3 iwatches
change Sn Wf Bt and after that I restore
both devices but not S2 nor S3 connect to phones
I changed Sn Wf Bt 2 times
with 2 different serials
with iphone 6S X and 11
and I restore and wipe and every thing I know
usualy after change the sn I only wiped the watch and every rhings
worked perfect
but this time not
What is the problem???
When I decide connect watch
unpairing message apears and Watch not connect
S2 Nike GPS 38
S3 GPS 42
very odd I never have this problem before
