S4 diags


I greet the community.
I bought an Ibus 4/5, registered it, but I don't see the connected watch S4 in the software. What am I doing wrong? Thank you

hi ,

First you need install driver on the PC , or you can do this via install the latest iTunes https://www.apple.com/itunes

Tried many times. The driver appears to me as an: Apple Mobile Device USB Driver, is that correct?
I don't have an MFC dongle or iMFC license yet, should I see the watch in the software without it?

If the watch information has appeared in the device manager, congratulations, you made it, and the means the connections between your computer and the watch is now working properly via iBus

Then you can open iTunes and you will see the watch in the list

Well, if you don't have an active membership of mfc software, you can check this:

I also don't see it in iTunes, can it be because they are locked in iCloud?

Some update came to iTunes and I can see the watch now. But in MFC tools v3.9 I don't see them in normal or DFU mode
Should they be visible before purchasing an iMFc license?
