“Unable to repair device” series 4

Hi, have successfully restored several watches on 8.4.1 series 4 44mm LTE
But 2pcs at 52% have same error “unable to repair device” while restoring
They were good working order before, not activated but on old firmware, could someone give me a hint how to resolve this problem?
P.s. have restored today successfully 10pcs of apple watches series 4/5 with lte and gps only, have also tried every to big from restarting software to restarting my pc

That is, I always use restore function for these watches, not an update or repair
Have tried 10 times yesterday but no luck
P.s. have opened and checked internal components-no water or other damage
P.s. have restored more than 100pcs but this is for the first time when series 4 can’t be restored, could be a firmware issue?

Again, have restored today several watches - all are original new never opened
Same error 56 via ITunes on Mac
Via Mfc (windows) shows change NFC
All errors on ~75% while restoring
Model errors
-watch s4 44 GPS
-watch s4 40 GPS
-watch s5 40 GPS
Tried:
Changing NFC from compatible models - no luck
Changing whole screen with NFC compatible - no luck
Any thoughts?
