there was a hardware solution under the name (GrayKey)

but AFAIK there no way to do this Via software solution !
since iOS 8.1.X (that was vulnerable to bruteforce attack) there is no such exploit for iOS 10.X and even if it was jailbroken you can't Access DATA while device is passcode-locked !
