iPhone X Board Swap Detailed Tutorial (CPU, EEPROM, and NAND)


iPhone X Board Swap has always been a difficulty for repair engineers. Follow the steps below and make sure you finish each step in the right order!!!
iPhone X Board Swap - Upper Layer
1. Remove NAND, CPU and EEPROM from the dead upper layer
2. Clean CPU, NAND and EEPROM
3. Reball CPU, NAND and EEPROM
4. Solder CPU, EEPROM and NAND onto a new upper layer(with its CPU, EEPROM, and NAND previously removed)
