It is possible to transfer Android data to iPhone 8/8Plus, but you need to know the method.
Just connect two phones with computer, and follow the steps to do.
I think you will save a lot time on this thing, and solve the problem.

As for how to connect phone to computer , user can use the USB cable to do , it is the best way ,

If you only want to transfer media files like photos, videos, ect, you can use AirMore to do it.
If you want to transfer all your Android data including media files, contacts, messages, apps, ect, you can rely on ApowerManager.

Firstly, we can backup WhatsApp data in Android phone, then install WhatsApp in new iPhone 8, when logging in WhatsApp, we can click on restore from backup, this is the only freeway to transfer WhatsApp from Android to iPhone. Then we can use WhatsApp as usual.
