1) See if you have the latest itunes update.
2) change PC

This is not the case with you only but there are several iPhone users who encounter such iTunes error 4013.

Hopefully, there are ways by which you can fix the error you are coming across your iPhone or iTunes. I would like to say that follow the below steps to get out of the problem:

- Update iTunes to its latest version
- iPhone needs rebooting
- Check internet connection
- Check Wi-Fi network
- Check USB port and connector
- Update your PC/Mac
- Free up some memory
- Reset all settings
- Use Recovery Mode to restore your phone
- Use DFU Mode to fix the error
- Do Factory Reset
