У моего коллеги компютере порт плохо работал.
После этого получил блокировку донгла.
Прощу разблокироват карту.

Don't forget to use forum search button:

ERROR CODE: KPUINCZXCAX - means that your card is damaged by third party software in your PC. You need to buy new card. Please contact to our managers in Sales Chat at www.gsmserver.com for more details and for special offer for users, who have damaged cards.

hello octoplus team my card is not damaged and i only upgraded to the new update thereafter it was asking for smartcard upgrade and it failed in the process and now it asking activation string please am a struggling man how do i fix this now

Please, try to update card manually, run updater.exe and uncheck use "Activation string option"

In that case update card manually, run updater.exe and post here full Software log, after try to launch Software and post here screenshot with error
