error when starting frp tool and lg tool with octoplus.

the operating system i use is windows 10 pro 32 bit

when I start these two applications it gives me this error message and does not open the software.

unable to start the application correctly (0xc000007b) click ok to close the application.

how can i solve ??

to premise that octoplus samsung starts correctly

help me octoplus team
