Hello, having the new firmware RNE-L21 8.0.0.338 (C432) with the patches of November, at the moment the frp reset is not supported, the only way you have is to downgrade to an android 8 firmware with patches security before July, and then do the frp reset with octopus software, but if you downgrade the firmware of Android 8 to the older security patches you do it at your own risk because it is the danger that the phone may be damaged
