In software tab when I select DRA-L21 asking to conect in fastboot mode,but this is MT6739 and not conect in fastboot.I try in mtk general,it gives error.How can we reset frp?

Hi.

Yes, this device is MTK CPU-based, but "Reset FRP" operation works via fastboot mode for it. Try to "play" with fastboot mode.

fastboot connection is not standard huawei vol down and insert cable, we need to pres vol up/pwr on and select fastboot
