Huawei nova 3 par-lx1 fastboot issue [Answered] - GSM-Forum

Hi

I have this phone with frp lock active
But when I run phone in normal mode or fatboot mode, pc cant recognize correct device (device is recorgnized as unknown with malfunction)

But when I connect in testpoint mode, phone os correctly recognized

So definitely is not a hw issue
Even not issue of one PC, drivers or wrong cable

Any idea how to to push PC to corretly recognize this phone?

Hello.

Please post here full Software log of Reset FRP operation and screenshot of device manager with connected phone to PC, we will check it.

Besides what firmware version on the phone?

I tried with normal usb cable or with modified harmony TP cable (10k resistor red/green)
to TP mode I can enter without harmony cable

I cant check phone version (without connection to PC), or is there any method without PC (with FRP active)

any public bypass method not work (safe mode, taptalk, no backup is recovery)
for upgrade/downgrade I didn't find any working flash files (always message update failed at begining)

I start to think this is some NEW method how to block connection to PC after factory reset when FRP is activated

Please do screenshot with Ports (COM & LPT) section, phone must be connected.

No (additonal) device displayed in com/lpt area
(when phone is in fastboot mode)

With Tp mode, phonce device is listed there as always (huawei com1.0)
