Huawei is still recognized under Device Manager |

Member: 2914978 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 4 | Exactly what happened to me with a P20 on Friday, The P20 is soft bricked after trying FRP bypass with FRP tool. I was coming to see if I should get the Huawei software suite (dongle) but thought I should check here quickly. I am glad I am not the only person this has happened to. P20 CLT-L04 screen will not come on, can see the phone with HUAWEI COM 1.0 (COM8) in device manger, adb doesn't see it and most tools don't see it, Octoplus FRP tool does seem to see it but doesn't with read info, gets no logs. |

Is that the one under Octplus FRP tool, I have hit that with no results, will I need to test point first before it will work? |

Please, download and install latest test Octoplus FRP Tool Software version 2.0.3.1 from Support Area (Path:/Soft/Octoplus FRP Tool/TEST SOFTWARE/install_octoplus_FRP_2.0.3.1.exe) and repeat operataion one more time. Also, post here screenshot in "Port" tab from device manager and use USB port only from motherboard. Quote:
