Please do the following: repeat (try to perform) "Reset FRP" operation again, close the Software, upload somewhere latest created "*.logx" file from the folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\Octoplus\Octoplus_FRP_Tool\LOG", and post here link, we will research it, where can be the problem. Also try to connect your device as Lenovo P1a42, perform "Reset FRP" operation and post here full Software log. Last edited by Octopus box; 04-19-2018 at 07:30. |

You have selected "A6020A40". Please select "A6020A40 MSM8929" as I have written above and perform "Reset FRP" operation. Post here the result. |
