Hi.
I have same problem.
Drivers seem ok and reset FRP is working fine in Qualcomm mode just i can't get out phone from qualcomm mode to write backup.
Please if have any idea to get it back to live.

Finally solved thank you.
Seem oldest backup wasn't good for boot restore so software didn't ask at reset frp by qualcomm operation if i want to restore boot.
After choose second oldest backup software asked about boot restore option and did it fine after i selected yes.
