Hi, I try to reset FRP via Octoplus
Here is log

What is exact state of your phone, what device appear in Windows Device Manager, when You connect the phone to PC?

Write now, when i connect phone to my Windows
Device manager shows QUSB_BULK driver. that all

Please install Qualcomm USB Driver, then repeat the Reset FRP operation again, post here results.

I uninstall QUSB_BULK driver in Windows device manager and install Qualcomm_USB_Driver_V1.0.exe, restart Windows. After that
I connect LG H870 to PC and automatic install drivers,
Then Phone is installed: Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 (COM37) on Windows Mannager.
When I try to RESET FRP (Qualcomm 9008) with Octoplus FRP Tool I have :

Reboot phone via buttons don`t work, phone is still in Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 (COM37)

Please, try to do the next:

1. To reboot the phone, press and hold Vol- , Vol + and Power butto for about 10 sec.
2. Connect phone to PC, after repeat Reset FRP via 9008 mode again.
3. Then restore your device from the backup "LG_H870_22-01-2019_19-05-34.dump"
4. Post here full Software log.

So It was my mistake, why ?
To repair your phone U need backup (first time readed from phone in Octoplus FRP program) and.
1. In phone do the reset procedure : (Vol - ,Vol+ , Power Button , together, tick 15sec) then put USB TYPE C , cable to phone and connect it to Windows.
Windows recognized :
Qualcomm HS-USB QDloader 9008 (if not , you must uninstall driver from Windows, and install correct drivers QualcommUSBDriver.zip)
2.In FRP Octoplus Program , tick for backup file and use the first (largest) file.
3.Chose correct COM PORT in Octoplus FRP program tab
4.USE RESET FRP (QUALCOMM 9008)
and do the reset procedure.

where are you loading the dump file for restore? I selected my dump file in the select software, then i select dump file, then i hit write firmware and get error.

Did You follow the procedure correctly?

1. To reboot the phone, press and hold Vol- , Vol + and Power butto for about 10 sec.
2. Connect phone to PC, after repeat Reset FRP via 9008 mode again.
3. Then restore your device from the backup "LG_H870_22-01-2019_19-05-34.dump"
4. Post here full Software log.
