the support staff is not understanding, the problem is being that the selected model is not compatible with the model, because the log is already saying that the model is different.

THIS ALSO HAPPENED TO ME WITH A K51 (Q510N)

You see that i selected K200emw and selected model is lm-k200emw??? this is the same. Program equaling name of selected model and name of model which was connected. Its saying that, because name is not the same character by charecter... I selected good model.
