ok so i went through the device manager and i found the phone after i plugged it in. First I uninstalled the driver and device and then i unplugged the phone and plugged it back in and then the device showed up as the name of the phone and unknown device. After that i updated the driver with the one i downloaded from the help page of the device i want to unlock. and then i tried to unlock it again and it still didnt work
