it stucks at Reading partition...
my question is if i downgrade it to the oldest firmware V13.0.1.0.RGCMIXM ,is it gonna be unlocked ?

1. Press and hold "Vol+" and "Power" buttons;

Downgrade may lead to damage your phone, all flash operations you do only on own your risk!
