Hi I had an issue where I did the unlock 3 times and the first 2 times it didn't unlock. I sent an email but after several days I still get no response. Can you please refund 2/3 of the credits taken. Thanks.

I did a motorola in between the three attempts on the stylo. So thats why its in the logs
