this card firmware is unsupported please update your card and use latest software version and its been giving me this error many times when i made update it stays like this

Searching for server...
Server greeting: "Card updates server v.2.2"
Searching installed cards...
Found card with s/n 00000711
Selected card: 0000000711
Updates count: 26
Updates limit: 29
Activations:
- LG - FULL (ver 2.6)
- Samsung - FULL (ver 2.6)

it gave me the same error this morning its been done normal and now it stuk like this

Hello.

This isn't full Software log, besided, disconnect all other boxes and dongls, after try to launch Software again

i have the same problem, tryded your solution but nothing, octoplus card updater does not finish the process, any help please?

We're sorry for inconveniences. There was a problem with new update, please re-download latest Software version from the Octoplus site or Support Area, then install it and everything should work properly.

Hi, also having the same problem with trying to use and update it.

The error is as follows:

Found card with s/n 2000118E9
Selected card: 02000118E9
Updates count: 7
Updates limit: 7
Activations:
- LG - NO
- Samsung - NO
- Medusa - NO
- Huawei - NO
- FRP - FULL (ver 2.6)
Creating secure connection...
The number of updates has exceeded the maximum value!
Could not create secure connection!

Then it just restarts and says same again.
