Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Connection failed [Answered]

Hi,

Is there any way to repair connecting of RN9 to reset Mi Account?
Tried to connect as shown in help but no luck. Always got message "Unknown device" in Windows 7.
Maybe repair drivers or any idea?
Connector is OK, since phone boot to normale state and then is detected as Redmi Note 9 correctly.

Thanks.
Petr

Hello.

Try to power phone OFF then press and hold "Vol-" and "Vol+" buttons and connect USB cable;

To enable "USB Debugging" you have to perform the following steps:
  1. Go to Settings->About phone;
  2. Tap on "MIUI version" 5 times to enable developer options;
  3. Go to Settings → Additional settings → Developer options;
  4. Turn on "USB Debugging" option;
  5. Connect USB cable and install necessary drivers.

If you can't connect please try to perform operation on another PC.

Please, send us full Software log of operation. We'll check it.

Also, send us screenshot from Device Manager when you connect your device.
