Hello

I have tried to reset but always get this error

Work ID: 0000000001E44A05
Platform: ZTE
Selected model: K87CA
Please, power phone OFF put the phone in EDL mode and connect USB cable.
Found phone on COM8
Mode: Diagnostic
Rebooting to Qualcomm 9008 mode...
Operation was failed!
Performed by 2.4.4.0 Software version.

Did you put the phone in to Qualcomm 9008 mode?

I followed edl instructions as per this video

and a diagnostic port appears as port 10 but no progress

For different phones, the phone enters this mode in different ways.

In that video we showed how to put Samsung in download mode.
