please i stated using petrock few months ago i log i ordered for vdbypass for iphone x few minites ago immediately noticed it was imei i log jn instead of sn i noticed there was no provision to stop i contacted the whatsap no,no respond i its not the first time whatsap no neglected me and i lost my money and not refunded the sams thing is trying to hapend again now dollar is very costly in my country ask your reseller here this is not good for a businessman am not compering you with any body but the one i was using before papal issues come out you can stop few minutes you log in and whatsap no responds immediately try look into my case now

Dear user, upon your complaint, we realized she was not rude to you. i guess you misquoted her explanation on refunds as you wanted it your own way however you can provide a screenshot of chat messages to show me how rude she was.

Fixing refund issues, we normally do refunds based on how you paid us for example PayPal to Paypal / bank to bank / crypto to crypto etc . We've never defaulted refunding clients their money anytime they needed cashback, rare cases it may be delayed but a 100% refund is always done by petrock.

check your Whatsapp, cash payment to the bank - refunded with a receipt sent.

balance funds were done by Paypal, kindly provide PayPal email for that. ensure it's Paypal that can receive payment.
