I wonder what exactly Petrock is trying to do. Is it that you’re trying to rip me off? I sent an order that was supposed to take just 5 days and it’s the 3rd month. Y’all keep telling me it’ll be resolved soon. Client already left with phone. What exactly are you people doing? Are you trying to wait till Bell will unlock it and claim you’ve done it???

I’ve posted this verizon order since on 14th December and they are still locked. I’ve been doing carrier check every morning to confirm if it’s UNLOCK ,but they are still LOCKED.
The most annoying part is you guys have the worst customer service, I didn’t why u will have support contact without u guys responding to ur complaint messages
