As I said in the first post "NO ERROR" program doesn't open nothing happens after "ANTIVIRUS IS OFF" what else can be done to resolve this issue. Already did many fresh install and still the same how to proceed now?

This is a brand new window 10 pc so connect is good, went one step ahead on turn off driver signature still no go! Also no errors in Device Manager on pc

It doesn't connect at all, when click on BMT Pro application nothing happens nothing starts

Old windows 10 pc works fine but new pc nothing starts nothing opens...
