Where do I get the OBF IMEI Cert files?

Octopus box 09-10-2020 13:34

You can read it out from another correctly working phone

Does it need to be exactly same model or can I read from any huawei and write back as long it is readed huawei cert file? Will the cert files from Halabtech and similar sites work even the extention is different? If the cert writing process is not working, can I get my credit back?

You can try to read out Cert from another correctly working phone on Kirin CPU's 710, 810, 980, 990, 990G, after write that Cert file into your device via Write Cert operation to fix IMEI on your device

Well, I have read cert from another Kirin 710 phone, I'll try and write it to another phone and get back to you. Thank you for feedback.

You credits were spent on Write Cert operation. The Write Cert operation should repair your IMEI to exact same which contain in your Cert file. As we can see operation was completed successfull.
