Hello.

If You can put your device into Upgrade Mode, then try to reflash it, if You can't do that. Then try to read out information about firmware version and revision via FastBoot Mode, after try to write correct firmware with same revision or higher firmware version, after that You will able to reflash your deviec via Upgrade Mode, what we recommend You to do, after.

I use Octoplus Huawei 1.1.8 but on Write Firmware tab there is no Read info button.
Read info button is on Unlock tab . Did you mean that ?
And in which mode must be phone started? In fastboot mode the Read info button is not active.

@solgeo: Thank you for your help. Now I know what version of firmware to use. But the phone can not be started in UPGRADE/download mode ( Vol+ and Vol- and USB cable). The phone hangs on Huawei logo.
I can start in fastboot mode only and it can not be flashed from fastboot mode because bootloader is locked.
Can you please let me know how to continue? To flash a Bootloader image somehow??
Thanks

Note: After successful reflash the phone in Board Firmware mode, for a correct work of the device, you need to reflash it in Upgrade mode!

Write Firmware(Board mode) done.
Performed by ‪1.1.8‬ Software version.

but still I can not start UPGRADE mode.( Vol- and Vol + and USB cable) There is a bootloop.
When I start the phone it finishes with FASTBOOT mode
Do you have any next idea?
Thanks
