Hello.

Please, disconnect all other boxes and dongls, run updater.exe from Octoplus folder where Octoplus Huawei is installed and update card manually, then try to launch it again

Did all thing.
Not help.
I did ask resell from China yesterday.

You can check it in our forum profile, look attentive!

But, first try to do next: Please open Device manager and change "Alcor Micro USB Smart Card Reader" to "Microsoft Usbccid Smartcard Reader (WUDF)" manually!
