You need to downgrade device's firmware version to 220 via factory mode. You can try to perform Write firmware operation with this firmware version(ELS-N29 102.0.0.218(C636E3R5P5)_Firmware_EMUI12.0.0_05016P QA.rar) which you can find on support area All operation with writing firmware you do at your own risk |
