i have already dwongrade with the firmware on supportpage, after downgrade i chose emui 11, but during process say reconnect cable and after reconnecting not found in fastbootmode...

if i choose emui 12 its works (its say during unlock you choose false emui it will not work) it finds in fastbootmode but not unlock

Thank you for your quick reply. I think that the problem is in the octopus software, I've now tried 2 different pc, same problem with both. when I try to unlock huawei id witch i choose emui 11 (I flashed to emui 11) he writes fastboot and another sections during unlock process and then he tries to boot into fastboot he also gives me an instruction that I should reconnect usb again. exactly then it is no longer recognized by the software then the device! and if I select the emui 12 during unlock prozess (but my device has emui 11) it also writes fastboot and another section there the device is recognized as it should be, also in fastboot etc. the process also ends there is an error message that it Wrong emui is selected and therefore probably not unlocked. The device will not unlock. Please for solution
