Member: 2891705 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 2,139 | Hello. Unfortunately, switching your device to Factory Mode is not possible! If you have Harmony OS you need connect your device via Test Point using modify USB cable and then you can perform the desired operation. Last edited by Octopus support; 10-19-2021 at 07:11. |

Member: 2781773 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 140 | To hardware TP use modify USB cable (10 kOm) when all the partitions are flashed and the tool shows Searching Fastboot devices... then need disconnect the resistance at the same time which will go into mobile fastboot mode |
