What is this problem i have flashed this phone completely but this error showing when i turn on.

i have already flash this phone. flashing was complete successfully and smoothly. i will flash this phone again tomorrow now for showing you Firmware operation

first time phone done flash then go to this state. i don't have history to show you but i try to reflash the phone getting this error..

To enable 'Fastboot' mode

this phone can only reboot into fastboot or it connect via test point
