i tried downgrading with the file from support access but it's unsuccesful. this is the firmware version ‪EVR-L29 10.1.0.258(C432E8R1P7)

Unfortunately, looks like your device has one of the latest secutity version which isn't supported with this method.There is new method for Reset FRP, plesae try to use it, this new method is credit based.
