Huawei P40 Lite JNY-LX1 Huawei ID not entirely removed [Answered]

Hello. I have one Huawei P40 Lite JNY-LX1 for HUAWEI ID remove, I did the procedure like I did before and then didn't have any problems. However now the problem is that if I try to reset from menu Settings > System & updates > Reset > Reset phone when I click on [RESET PHONE] written in red I get the following window even there is no HUAWEI ID stored in the phone at this point
__________________________________________________ ________
Note

To reset the device, verify your HUAWEI ID username and password and disable Find My Phone.

[CANCEL] [CONTINUE]
__________________________________________________ _________

When I click on CONTINUE I get a brief toast window that says "the param is invalid". I figured that if I temporarily add a burner account I'll get passed it. I added the account I do as instructed phone goes to do low-level reset, it starts doing it and it stops at 3% with the message "Format failed" and I only get a button that says restart in the lower part of the screen. I click it and it does the configuration all over again and the problem is still there.
Here is log. I think the version is too new even if it's not the latest as the phone wants to upgrade to 10.1.0.311 (I think is 311 at the end, not 100% sure)

Already tried that. Check for another video in private. After I reboot phone it goes thru setup wizard. I'll take the phone home with me in case you need more videos.

Hello.

Please try updating your phone's firmware and try again. Unfortunately, you are currently the first to have this problem.

From experience would it be safe to downgrade it from JNY-L21 10.1.0.261(C432E1R6P1) to something in the 10.1.0.2XX(C432E1R6P1) format?
I can download any of the following:
JNY-LX1 10.1.0.243(C432E1R6P1)_Firmware_EMUI10.1.0_05016PN N
JNY-LX1 10.1.0.236(C432E1R6P1)_Firmware_EMUI10.1.0_05016PN N
JNY-LX1 10.1.0.226(C432E1R6P1)_Firmware_EMUI10.1.0_05016PN N
I would rather not upgrade it unless I really have to or it's proven to fix it.
