i tried connect with manufacture mode and i have connected usb debugging mode and install huawei suit but octoplus always says

Also, did You install "HiSuite by Huawei" driver what is device appear in device manager when your phone is connected to PC?

Android version 6.0 EMUI 4.1.3

Please do the next steps and post here photo of About device section.

Check the firmware version. To see which firmware version of Android you are using, use the pull-down menu by dragging your finger from the top of the phone. Select Settings and under System, choose About Device. This should list your Android version, Build number and Model Number.
