cwhen put sim card cannnot change mode 3g 2g etc

To enable 'Fastboot' mode
1. Power off the phone. Remove SD and SIM cards
2. Press 'Vol-' and insert USB cable
3. Wait until phone enters 'Fastboot' mode

To enable 'Upgrade' mode
1. Power off the phone. Remove SD and SIM cards
2. Press and hold 'Vol-' and 'Vol+' keys and insert USB cable
3. Wait until phone enters 'Upgrade mode'

For any operaction must find right Firmware that allowe Downgrade otherwise never you can operate in this QUALCOOM device.

100% SW issue, you Firmware version is Unsupported, so must need Downgrade with RIGHT FW and RIGHT PROCEDURE in EDL mode, Othervise you risk of damage this device.

FW and Procedure isn't FREE but from PAID website and you NON lost nothing.

Brother just need eng modem
Write it on v 134 only 147 and above not supported.
I use tow tools one of them octopus huawei. For modem use another tool
