i face same problem after update. i'm old box user, sam,lg,frp working fine. only Octoplus Huawei Tool show input runner string ?

Just update your card.. Card updater program is found in the octoplus huwaei tool installation folder

Not solved! With version 1.1.6.1 all ok. With 1.1.7.0 runner string! Problem with shell!

Did You try to re-install card reader driver : "Please open Device manager and change "Alcor Micro USB Smart Card Reader" to "Microsoft Usbccid Smartcard Reader (WUDF)" manually!" Yes or No?

Yes! I change manualy driver to WUDF! Problem not solved!

HI,
i have problem with Huawei tool intrface.
it just didnt work or didnot open nothing haben after double click
other tools wotk perfectly like Octoplus samsun FRP tool but Huawei tool didnot work
i use win10 x64

Please, try to re-install Software, re-update card manually, run updater.exe, after try to launch Software as administrator
