Member: 2891705 Status: Online Thanks Meter: 2,138 | Hello For devices with high firmware verion you must downgrade firmware version to perform Reset Huawei ID operation. At first please make backup via Read Backup operation. Then try to re-flash device via factory mode with another lower version(lower than 12.0.0.230) and try to perform operation once again. Also, use forum search! |
