Member: 2891705 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1,921 | Hello As we can see from software log your device has one of the last security level. You need to downgrade device's firmware version to 220 via factory mode. You can try to perform Write firmware operation with this firmware version (jenny-l21a 102.0.0.220(c432e5r6p2) which you can find on support area All operation with writing firmware you do at your own risk |
