P20 Pro Write Firmware Failed [Answered]

Downgraded firmware so am stuck in fastboot mode. Unable to get to force upgrade mode (no software testpoint).

I switched to hardware testpoint and attempt to write board firmware using latest Huawei Tool.

Used board firmware CLT-L29-BD because my device is CLT-L29 but it actually downloaded firmware for Charlotte-AL00.

Code:
Starting Write Firmware(Board mode)
Searching HUAWEI USB COM 1.0 port...
Phone connect successfully
Writing ‪XLOADER‬ partition..
Writing ‪UCE‬ partition..
Error: Failed write ‪UCE‬ partition

Write Firmware(Board mode) failed.
Performed by ‪1.2.3‬ Software version.
Also, if I try to switch to fastboot mode from testpoint I get:

Code:
Job ID: 00000000004D06AD

Thanks!!!
I kept trying and found that it is the Huawei Board Mode (*.APP Firmware File) works when power is disconnected. The .XML doesn't work.

Code:

Starting Write Firmware(Board mode)
Searching HUAWEI USB COM 1.0 port...
Writing bootloader KIRIN970_A8.1_V0...

Writing ‪FASTBOOT‬ partition...
Bootloader Update successfully
Rebooting to fastboot mode...
Searching Fastboot devices...
