Octoplus Credits Consumption [Updated 17.02.2021]


New credits consumption for Octoplus Huawei Kirin CPU based devices:


Added FREE support (no credits needed) for all Huawei phones on all supported CPUs (Kirin 710/810/820/980/985/990/990 5G):
  • Remove FRP Lock: FREE
  • Read/Write Cert: FREE
  • Model and Vendor/Country Change: FREE
  • Network Factory Reset: FREE


Note: Please, always use the latest Software version! Not actual Software version may not support the latest device security type and operations may be not successful!
Note: The credits will not be refunded, if operation was done with outdated Software version (older then one version below)

Changes in User Agreement
1. Activations transfer.
Activations in your possession will be transferred without precautions within warranty period to a new box, if the old card was damaged and the replacement was approved as a repair measure by technical support.
Non-warranty box activations in case of loss, card damage or theft, can be transferred to other Octopus box or dongle that belongs to you, or newly purchased box or dongle, whereas some limitations may apply, within period of 6 months after last of any server operation or card update.
You must contact technical support by means of e-mail as soon as possible in cases of loss or theft to block unauthorized use of your equipment.

2. Server Credits issues
Server credits issues, like credits loss, double charge must be reported as soon as possible to the following e-mail [email protected], but not later than 7 days after operation has been performed. Issue report must contain log files, box serial number and Octoplus credits username.
Be aware that outdated claims will be declined. For more information please refer to Credits Issues Troubleshooting on our web or support forum.
