please help me
my huawei P20 can not connect


Welcome to Octoplus Huawei Software v.‪1.0.6‬

To enable 'Manufacture' mode dial
- for Qualcomm and Hisilicon based models: *#*#2846579#*#*
ProjectMenu > Background Settings > USB Port Settings > Manufacture Mode

To enable 'Fastboot' mode
1. Power off the phone. Remove SD and SIM cards
2. Press 'Vol-' and insert USB cable
3. Wait until phone enters 'Fastboot' mode

To enable 'Upgrade' mode
1. Power off the phone. Remove SD and SIM cards
2. Press and hold 'Vol-' and 'Vol+' keys and insert USB cable
3. Wait until phone enters 'Upgrade mode'

Did You install all drivers according to the Software manual? What devices are appeared in Device manaher, please make screenshot and post here?

can not connect huawei p20 and p20 lite.
I tried 4x USB cable to the USB C 2x new cable.
I set it manually and automatically
always the same problem

Huawei p10 lite is no problem.

Most likely your device has new security version, unfortunately, we don't have solution right now, please stay tuned for future updates

All P20 series is NEW SECURITY and any sw get AUTH....only P20 Lite but if downgrated to old security can be worked.
